Why can't I use a cashiers check?
Due to the increasing number of forged cashier's checks out there today. It is no longer a "secure" means of transferring money. And will no longer be taken.

Is my information secure?
Yes! David's Toys does not do the following: 1. Store any credit card information - Any credit card information is handled through Google. This is so that your information is NOT stored on our site and they are proven to be secure. 2. Sell your information to any brokers - We all hate spam. Including me. So your email address is only used to confirm orders and to corrispond with you the customer. NO ads will be sent from David's Toys to your email from us. 3. Sell your name/address/phone information - Internet shopping should be private and so should your personal information. Thats why its only used for shipping your product. Any questions? Why don't you have your phone information in your contact us?
David's Toys wants to keep costs down to you the customer. And a phone system allowing multiple incoming calls costs which will push pricing up.. However, We will call you if you request it and are in the US.

I just placed my order. How long until you ship.
Once your order is received, it will be sent out in 3-5 business days from date of payment confirmation. Processing Time can take up to 7 calendar days. That gives us time to process your order/payment.

Why don't you accept Personal checks?
Personal checks are not safe. Not for you the customer or the businesses that accept them. We cannot verify identification with checks over the net. USPS Money Orders are the only Money Order taken as they are "secured" funds. We apologize for this.

The product I ordered is damaged, can I get a replacement or a refund?
Yes! Some of our products are under warranty. But those that are not under warranty, do not fear. We will replace the item as long as it is returned in 7 days of receipt or give you a refund.

If you haven't received a confirmation email with shipping/tracking info within 7 days, please contact customer service and someone will call you back.

I live outside of the United States. Do you ship to my country?
At this time due to problems in the past with overseas shipping, I no longer accept orders from outside the US.
