David's Toys Terms of Purchase
Due to the increasing amount of Internet Fraud, The following Terms and Conditions of Purchase MUST be adhered to, to complete transactions with David's Toys, LTD
1. Payment must be in the form of USPS (United States Postal Service) Money orders ONLY, or PayPal.
2. Shipping MUST be an US Address ONLY!!! No P.O. Boxes, AFPO or APO (Sorry to our Men and Women Serving). No International Shipping.
3. No prepaid shipping. No shippers accounts as the item comes from a warehouse in Florida and NOT from my store location.
4. Returns and Exchange policy is as follows: Any item that is received damaged, or not working must be reported in 7 calendar days. And returned with an RMA # from this office. Once verification of RMA is received at the warehouse, a new item will be shipped or money will be refunded.
5. Any and all corrispondence with David's Toys LTD is monitored and stored in records of transaction.
6. Any fraudulent transaction is reported to the FBI and local authorities. This includes Credit Card Theft, fake Money Orders. Shipping address MUST be the same as billing address. All IP addresses, names, shipping addresses are recorded at the time of transaction.
Shipping :-
We normally ship UPS unless otherwise specified.
If you have a shipping preference, then we would be happy to discuss other shipping options. Items are shipped within 7 days of notification of payment.
We are happy to combine shipping on mulitple orders, the price you pay, will be the actual price based on the final weight & zip code
Insurance:-
Is optional but recommended, as we do not accept responsibility for items that or lost or damaged after it has been shipped. Email for a quote if needed.
Returns & Refunds:-
We endeavor to accurately portray the quality and description of our items but if a buyer is not completely satisfied with their purchase, we can issue a refund on return of the item provided it is sent back within 7 days of receipt.
Unfortunately shipping costs (each way) can not be refunded, so if in any doubt, please ask about any item before you buy.
We are happy to furnish additional detailed pictures of our items if requested but please allow time for processing this service.
Handling:-
We do, in some circumstances, add a very small handling charge to certain items
